Average person spends the most part of the life on work. It is possible even to tell, the person devotes itself to any trade. We spend many years in searches of a way of life. In searches of that trade which will be not just a place of work, but the call of soul. In fact work should be first of all liked, which brings pleasure and weariness from which is pleasant.

How does the process pass, as a result of which we appear on the favorite workplace? Initially, important role is won back by parents. They should find those things in which we are interested more since the early childhood. They give us to set of schools (art, musical and so on) and circles, since 5-years age. We read many books, subconsciously trying to understand, that touches our consciousness. Then we go to school. There we are learning all in small parts. And the school is that step, having crossed, through which our movement in a life is directed to a correct channel. At school it is necessary to choose from set of subjects more suitable and interesting for yourself. One more way – to go to specialized school, simply saying to narrow a circle of a choice of a trade. For example, a mathematical grammar school. After finishing it the person probably will not be the artist or the actor, though… everywhere there are exceptions, but we aren’t now speaking about them. There is a high probability that in the future the person who finished a mathematical specialized school will connect his life with mathematics. The university follows the school. It develops professionalism in us. Our first professionalism. We learn a lot of theory and than try to put it into practice, that in due course, having received the diploma, find a worthy place of work.

Having received the diploma, the person begins exhaust itself with a question where would be better to go to work. Many factors influence a choice of the future place of a disposition. And it not only a level of wages. Such factors as prospect of career growth, the good collective, an atmosphere, interest to a field of activity, self-expression and the best professional qualities play not last, but, probably, the major role.

In fact if do not aspire to professional growth, it is possible stop on one place. And the person has to aspire to something, to reach something, put the purposes all the life.

People say that work a way of self-expression. And it is the simple truth. Some people do this with a method of piercing of ears and other parts of a body, carrying not standard clothes, the use haughty quantities of alcohol or in other ways. Each person is free to do what is necessary for it. But in fact self-expression by the way of development of the person in the professional plan is perfect way to prove to be and to show the better qualities. The self-sufficient person is first of all the happy person.
